What You'll Be Doing
As a floor supervisor, your core responsibilities will include:
● Leading and coaching staff
● Keeping employee time sheets
● Assisting drivers with order receiving and out going orders
● Reporting to plant leadership daily happenings around the facility
● Collaborating with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
Assisting with any and all work on the floor such as sorting and recyling.
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications:
● Minimum 2 years of experience leadership
● Forklift skills are a plus
● Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
● Ability to work at a fast pace
Skills:
● Attention to detail and precision
● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
