Job Summary
We're looking for a dependable and safety-conscious Forklift Driver to join our manufacturing team on second shift. This position is responsible for safely transporting raw materials and finished goods throughout the facility to support production operations. The ideal candidate has previous forklift experience, strong attention to safety, and enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Forklift Driver, your core responsibilities will include:
- Operating a Forklift: Safely operate a forklift to transport raw materials, finished products, and supplies throughout the facility.
- Supplying Production Lines: Deliver materials to production areas to keep manufacturing operations running efficiently.
- Loading & Unloading Materials: Move materials to and from trucks, storage areas, and production lines.
- Inventory Support: Stage, organize, and store materials in designated warehouse locations.
- Maintaining a Safe Work Environment: Follow all forklift safety procedures while keeping work areas clean and organized.
- Supporting Warehouse Operations: Assist with other material handling and warehouse duties as needed.
In addition, you will work closely with production and warehouse teams to ensure materials are available when needed and production schedules are met.

Qualifications
- Previous forklift experience required.
- Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Forklift Operation: Ability to safely operate a forklift in a manufacturing environment.
- Material Handling: Experience moving, staging, and organizing materials efficiently.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately transport and store materials.
- Communication: Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with team members.
- Organization: Ability to maintain organized inventory and work areas.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
- Ability to bend, reach, twist, and perform repetitive motions throughout the workday.
- Ability to safely operate powered industrial equipment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing and warehouse environment.
