Job Summary
Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual looking for a new opportunity? We're seeking a Forklift Operator (1st Shift) to join our team in New Haven, IN. In this role, you'll be a vital part of our operations, helping us efficiently manage and move high volumes of freight while maintaining accuracy and organization in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Forklift Operator, your core responsibilities will include:
● Freight Handling: Safely operate a forklift to load, unload, and transport shipments, ensuring timely and accurate movement of goods.
● Shipment Organization: Verify, organize, and stage incoming and outgoing freight to support smooth warehouse operations.
● Documentation Processing: Use computer systems to complete shipping paperwork, including bills of lading, packing slips, and barcodes, ensuring compliance with requirements.

In addition, you will also be expected to assist with inventory counts, maintain accurate records, support continuous improvement initiatives, and keep the work area clean and organized.
What We're Looking For
Qualifications:
● High School Diploma or GED (preferred) with 6 months to 1 year of related experience or training
● Proven forklift operating experience; certification preferred but not required
● Ability to lift to 40 lbs. regularly and occasionally move items over 100 lbs.
