Workbox Staffing is hiring
Warehouse Specialists
for an exciting prototype build project launching this fall in Saline, MI. This team will support operations that help put vehicles on the road. This is a hands-on warehouse role that combines forklift operation, kitting, repacking, and quality support in a fast-paced and detail-driven environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Warehouse Specialist, your core responsibilities will include:
- Forklift Operation: Operate a forklift (for qualified associates) to move materials safely throughout the facility.
- Kitting & Repack: Prepare kits, repack materials, and ensure components are organized accurately for production use.
- Quality Checks: Inspect materials and verify accuracy according to written instructions.
- General Labor Support: Assist with material handling and other warehouse duties as needed.
In addition, you will maintain a clean and safe workspace while strictly following facility safety and confidentiality guidelines.
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license required
- Forklift experience preferred (must be willing to perform general labor duties in addition to driving)
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
Skills & Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable standing and moving throughout the shift
- Safety-toe shoes required (vests and safety glasses provided)
- Must comply with facility rules: no phones on the floor, smoking only in designated areas, and absolutely no vapes on site
