to support warehouse and production operations by safely moving materials, staging products, and ensuring shipments are prepared accurately and efficiently.
What You'll Be Doing
As a
Forklift Operator
, your core responsibilities will include:
Forklift Operation & Material Movement
Operate forklifts to safely move, load, unload, and stage products throughout the facility. Support production and assembly operations by delivering materials and transporting finished goods.
Inventory & Shipping Support
Utilize RF hand scanners to track inventory, verify product locations, and ensure products are properly labeled, inspected, and prepared for shipment.
Equipment Inspection & Safety
Complete daily forklift inspections, report maintenance concerns, and follow all company safety procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
In addition, you will assist with general warehouse duties, maintain an organized workspace, and perform other duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you should have the following:
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of forklift experience required.
- Experience operating a clutch forklift required.
- Previous experience using RF hand scanners required.
- Ability to work overtime on short notice when needed.
- Ability to lift, move, and handle materials throughout the shift.
Skills
- Forklift Operation: Ability to safely and efficiently operate powered industrial trucks in a warehouse environment.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately track, inspect, label, and stage products.
- Safety Focus: Commitment to following safety procedures and maintaining equipment.
