Job Summary
Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual looking for a new opportunity? We’re seeking a Forklift Driver / Material Handler to join our team in South Bend, IN. In this role, you’ll be a vital part of our operations, helping us keep materials moving efficiently and safely to support daily production and shipping needs.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Forklift Driver / Material Handler, your core responsibilities will include:
Forklift Operation: Safely operate forklifts to load, unload, move, and stage materials throughout the facility to support production and shipping.
Material Handling: Transport raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods to designated areas while maintaining organization and flow.
Inventory Support: Assist with inventory counts, material tracking, and ensuring accurate placement of products in storage locations.
In addition, you will also be expected to maintain a clean and organized work area, follow safety procedures, and support general warehouse or production tasks as needed.

What We’re Looking For
To be successful in this role, you should have the following:
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Previous forklift or material handling experience required
• Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain certification
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
