Shift: 6 AM to 4 PM (Monday–Friday some Saturday)
Pay: $17.00 per hour

Job Summary
Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual looking for a new opportunity? We're seeking a Skilled shipping associate to join our team in Decatur Michigan. In this role, you'll be a vital part of our Logistics team. 

What You'll Be Doing
As a Framing associate, your core responsibilities will include:
 
  • Following clear and precise work orders
  • Foaming/insulating
  • Using Handsaws/hand tools
  • Quality Checks: Inspecting finished products to meet company standards and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Measuring and cutting framings on industrial doors. 

In addition, you may assist with general production tasks and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
What We're Looking For
Qualifications:
  • · High school diploma or GED.
    · Knowledge of safe operation of basic hand and power tools.
    · Intermediate mechanical comprehension and abilities.
    · Ability to read, comprehend and carry-out instructions in written, oral, and/or diagram form.
    · Skills to measure and perform mathematical computations, including fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions.
    · Lift 70lbs with assistance.
    · Ability to work as part of a team.
    · Ability to read a tape measure down to a 1/32"
    · Train and work in other departments as needed.
Skills:
  • Mechanical Aptitude: Must be mechanically inclined
  • Attention to Detail: Ensures accuracy when handling glass and assembling components
  • Manual Dexterity: Ability to work with hands and tools efficiently
  • Reliability: Consistent attendance and strong work ethic to support team productivity
