Job Summary
As a Full Stack Engineer, you will collaborate directly with the Principal Engineer and stakeholders across the company to maintain, modernize, and expand internal tools that keep operations running smoothly. This role involves working across multiple systems, contributing to development projects, and supporting evolving business needs in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
● Maintain and enhance in-house applications built in TypeScript, C#, and React Native
● Develop new features and internal tools including web dashboards and command-line utilities
● Troubleshoot system issues and deploy fixes during busy production seasons
● Collaborate with departments and end users to assess and support business needs
● Contribute to long-term system design and architecture improvements
● Work alongside external contractor teams on larger development projects as needed

Key Qualifications
● 2–5 years of professional software development experience
● Comfortable working full stack (front-end and back-end development)
● Ability to learn and navigate existing codebases while contributing to new projects
● Resourceful, self-motivated, and able to take ownership of challenges
● Willingness to work on-site in Byron Center, MI
● Bonus: Experience with live-goods, logistics, wholesale distribution, or seasonal production environments (not required)
