Job Summary
Responsible for moving, delivering, and installing furniture in both residential and commercial settings. This position requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work safely and efficiently in a variety of environments.
Responsible for moving, delivering, and installing furniture in both residential and commercial settings. This position requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work safely and efficiently in a variety of environments.
Responsibilities
- Safely load, transport, and unload furniture
- Install furniture according to specifications
- Protect customer property during moves and installations
- Work with a team to complete household and commercial moving jobs
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Follow safety procedures and company guidelines
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Key Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs regularly
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Reliable and punctual attendance
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed
- Strong customer service skills
Preferred Skills
- Previous moving or installation experience
- Basic knowledge of tools and equipment for furniture assembly
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
