Gauge Room - General labor
Norton Shores, MI, 1st shift, $15.90 per hour
A growing Norton Shores manufacturer specializing in the design and building of various gauges and electronic components is seeking General Labor candidates to work in their Gauge Room.
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to safely lift up to 25 pounds is required
- Ability to work overtime as needed
- GED/High school diploma is required
- Basic math, communication, and problem-solving skills are required
- Understand and execute company standards for quality
- Adhere to policies and procedures detailed during orientation
Preferred Skills
- Ability to work in a steady, medium to fast-paced environment
- Demonstrate basic ability with solder operations
- Must be able to perform thorough inspection of circuit boards and wire harnesses
- Demonstrate enhanced inspection knowledge of part placements, solder inspection (reflow and through hole), printed circuit board/component damage, and final assembly inspection
General Production
workers will perform basic assembly functions with circuit boards and wire harnesses, complete hand soldering of components, touch-ups on through-hole and surface mount boards, and perform rework and repair.
