Cleaning Crew Member
West Union, SC.
This is a Temp-To-Hire Position
The client is a one-stop shop for all facility maintenance needs. They are looking for a professional who is looking to help do general cleaning indoors. The goal is to create a clean and orderly environment for their clients that will become critical in maintaining and strengthening the company's reputation.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing plant environment
- Notify superiors on any damages, deficits, and disturbances
- Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience
- Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace when appropriate
- Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices.
Qualifications:
- Experienced as a cleaner, housekeeper, or in general building maintenance (landscaping, pressure washing, industrial clean up) is not required but a plus!
- Customer-oriented and friendly
- Ability to learn and pick up tasks assigned quickly
- Detail-oriented
- Prioritization and time management skills
- Working quickly without compromising quality
- No certifications required
Skills:
- Ability to move between tasks
- Ability and willingness to learn and be trained.
- Ability to work safely and follow safety guidelines
- Able to work with your hands
- Ability to perform very repetitive motions
- Ability to stand for 8 hours. (There are breaks)
- Self-Motivated
