Job Summary
Are you a motivated and dependable individual looking for a hands-on opportunity? We're seeking a General Laborer / Facility Cleanup Associate to join our team in Ann Arbor, Michigan. In this role, you'll be a vital part of our operations, helping prepare facilities, move materials, and support cleanup efforts to ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently.
What You'll Be Doing
As a General Laborer / Facility Cleanup Associate, your core responsibilities will include:
Material & Equipment Moving: Safely remove, relocate, and organize belongings, equipment, and materials throughout the worksite.
Debris Removal & Cleanup: Clear unwanted items and debris to help maintain a safe and productive work environment.
Facility Preparation: Assist with general cleanup and site preparation activities to support ongoing projects and operations.
In addition, you will also be expected to work collaboratively with team members, follow directions from supervisors, and complete assigned tasks efficiently.
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you should have the following:
Qualifications:
Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy items safely
Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
Previous general labor, moving, maintenance, or skilled trades experience is helpful but not required
Skills:
