General Labor, $17–20/hour - Muskegon, MI

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in general labor, assembly, or related manufacturing environment preferred
- Ability to deburr parts and perform detail assembly with small hand tools
- Experience in light assembly and working with a variety of materials
- Ability to perform pressure testing with attention to accuracy and safety
- Capable of performing housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean, organized work area (not janitorial work)
Skills:
- Team-oriented mindset with flexibility to support multiple tasks
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
As a General Laborer, not only will you support production through deburring, detail assembly, and light assembly, but you’ll also help maintain a safe, organized environment and perform pressure testing as needed. Depending on business needs, duties may also include assisting other departments and supporting production goals. This job, depending on your work ethic, could be a short-term or a long-term fit.
