production processes while helping keep operations running smoothly and efficiently.

What You’ll Be Doing
As a General Laborer, your core responsibilities will include:
- Package small manufactured parts according to quantity and labeling requirements.
- Load and move baskets of parts through various cleaning and finishing processes.
- Prepare and bundle raw materials for additional production or cutting.
- Follow work instructions to ensure parts are handled and packaged correctly.
- Maintain an organized and safe work area.
In addition, you will assist with other general production and material-handling duties as needed.
What We’re Looking For
To be successful in this role, you should have the following:
Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing or general labor experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to stand and remain active for extended periods.
- Reliable attendance and willingness to learn.
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to follow written instructions and labels.
- Basic counting and organizational skills.
- Dependable work ethic and ability to work as part of a team.
