Basic Carpentry
Location: Greenville, MI Pay: $18.hr Shift: 1st shift
We are seeking a dependable individual with basic carpentry skills for a one-week project. This position will focus on building approximately eight (8) production workstations measuring 2 ft. x 4 ft.
Duration: 1 week (temporary project)
Responsibilities:
- Measure and cut materials accurately using a tape measure and track saw
- Operate a miter saw to cut boards to specified dimensions
- Use impact drivers to assemble workstations with screws
- Follow basic build plans and ensure structures are sturdy and level
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
Requirements:
- Basic carpentry experience required
- Ability to safely operate power tools (miter saw, impact driver, track saw)
- Ability to read a tape measure accurately
- Ability to lift and move materials as needed
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
