Job Summary
Are you a motivated and hands-on individual looking for a new opportunity? We’re seeking General Labor associates to join our team in Greenville, MI. In this role, you’ll work in departments such as Dent pushing, plastic welding, Sanding, Hot Tank, Sand Blasting, and Skimming to help refurbish/repair automotive bumpers. This is a great chance to learn a variety of skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a General Labor associate, your key responsibilities will include:
- Bumper Refurbishing Support: Assisting in multiple departments including dent repair, sanding, hot tank, sand blasting, and skimming.
- Tool Usage: Using small hand tools to repair and prepare bumpers for refinishing.
- Production Support: Following work instructions and maintaining efficiency throughout the refurbishing process.
- Additionally, you may be asked to cross-train in different departments to support production needs.
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications:
- Ability to use small hand tools
- Ability to stand for up to 10 hours per day
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
- Ability to follow directions and safety guidelines
Skills:
- Auto body experience: A plus, but not required
- Dependability: Reliable, hardworking, and committed to quality work
