Job Summary:
We are looking for a dependable and motivated individual to join our team as an Outdoor Equipment Installer / Construction Helper. This role involves assembling outdoor equipment, assisting with fence installations, and supporting general labor tasks in an outdoor environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble swing sets, basketball hoops, and other outdoor furniture/equipment
- Assist in installing fencing as part of a crew
- Help with loading, unloading, and delivering materials and equipment
Key Qualifications:
- Prior construction or general labor experience preferred
- Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and shovels
Preferred Skills:
- Physically able to lift heavy objects and work in outdoor conditions
- Strong attention to safety and detail
