Job Summary
Are you a motivated and hardworking individual looking for a new opportunity? We’re seeking a General Laborer to join our team in Rockford, MI. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in our operations by handling, sorting, grinding, and processing various materials in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining quality and safety standards.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a General Laborer, your key responsibilities will include handling, sorting, and processing chrome-plated feedstock, painted feedstock, and customer-supplied materials, operating grinders and other equipment to size-reduce materials according to specifications, and maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment. Additionally, you may be asked to support other production activities and follow all company safety and quality procedures throughout your shift.
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications: Ability to lift up to 30 pounds regularly, valid driver's license or ability to obtain one upon hire, comfort working in loud, dirty, and dusty environments, and willingness to follow safety procedures and wear required protective equipment.
Skills: Attention to detail to ensure materials are processed correctly, reliability to maintain production efficiency, and a strong work ethic to support team goals in a fast-paced environment.
