Painter Assistant, $18/hr - Pooler, GA
Our client is looking to build a strong team and hire in Full-Time!
Responsibilities:
- Preparing surfaces for coatings which may include pressure washing, washing with various cleaners, sanding, wire brushing or other methods.
- Assist with gathering equipment, tools, materials, and consumable items to complete the assigned job.
- Clean up work areas, equipment, supplies and materials.
Qualifications:
- Industrial plant knowledge a plus not required
- Hands on and willing to learn
- OSHA training and OSHA card a plus
- TWIC card a plus
- Ability to pass an observed drug screen.
This position will be for a reputable metal fabricator in Pooler. This person will be solely responsible for assisting painters and powder coaters in the shop.
