Job Summary:

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Machine operation: Work with machines to fill bags with salt.
- Material handling: Stack filled bags on skid pallets for shipment.
- Physical work: Perform repetitive lifting and movement throughout the shift.
- Adaptability: Work in both indoor and outdoor environments year-round.

Qualifications:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Comfortable standing for 8–10 hours per day
- Willingness to work in a team environment
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions
Skills:
- Basic math skills: Helpful for counting and verifying bag quantities.
- Hand dexterity: Good coordination and attention to detail when operating machinery.
