Are you looking for a short-term assignment with great pay? We’re seeking General Laborers
in Ann Arbor, MI
involving truck unloading and material handling at a large apartment complex. This role requires physical work, consistent effort, and the ability to work both indoors and outdoors.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a General Laborer, your responsibilities will include:
- Unloading Trucks: Safely unload materials from delivery trucks.
- Material Handling: Move heavy materials to various floors throughout the apartment complex.
- Physical Labor: Perform hands-on tasks that require strength, stamina, and attention to safety.
- General Support: Assist with additional labor duties assigned by the on-site supervisor. The on-site supervisor will communicate each day whether you are needed to return for the next shift.
What We’re Looking For
To be successful in this role, you should have the following:
Qualifications:
- Prior general labor or warehouse experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items throughout your shift.
Skills:
- Physical Endurance: Comfortable with continuous walking, lifting, and moving materials.
- Flexibility: Able to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Dependability: Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions from site supervisors.
