Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual looking for a new opportunity? We're seeking a Picking & Returns associate to join our team in Ada, MI. In this role, you'll be a vital part of our operations, helping us to process returned products and fulfill orders in a Christian publishing warehouse. What You'll Be Doing
As a Picking & Returns, your core responsibilities will include:
Processing Returns: Processing returned books, re-jacketing them and returning them to their correct area.
Scanning: Scanning returns back into the system and scanning items as they are being picked for orders.
Material Handling: Lifting boxes of books to return to the designated area, sometimes having to lift over your head.
In addition, you will also be expected to complete other tasks as assigned.
What We're Looking ForTo be successful in this role, you should have the following:
Qualifications:
Ability to follow directions to complete a task
Ability to adhere to company safety rules
Ability to show up daily and learn a new skill
Skills:Self-Motivation: Must be self-motivated to complete daily tasks efficiently.
Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs, at times over your head.
Stamina: Must be able to stand for the entire shift, as well as bend, stoop, and twist as needed.
