Job Summary:
Do you have a need for speed?! Come join this rapidly growing company in the racing industry!!! In this role, you’ll be part of a team performing essential shop tasks and operating machinery to support the production of racing components.
What You’ll Be Doing:
As a General Laborer, your core responsibilities will include:
Equipment Operation:
Operating machinery and equipment as directed, including pulling parts off the laser machine.
Quality Control & Processing:
Visually detect defects and process parts by cleaning, finishing, assembling, packaging, and transporting them.
Inventory & Maintenance:
Count parts accurately and identify parts where required while performing general shop tasks and other incidental duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Must have 3+ years of Warehouse or manufacturing experience.
Ability to stand throughout the entire shift. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to bend, kneel, and stoop as needed.

Efficiency:
Skilled in working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to Detail:
Ability to visually detect defects and maintain quality.
Physical Stamina:
Ability to work on feet for the duration of the shift.
Communication:
A strong desire to learn and coordinate with the shop team.
