Job Summary
Are you looking to continue your career with a company that's ready to invest in you? We are seeking dependable General Laborers in Saginaw, MI to support foundry operations. This is a hands-on position where you'll assist with a variety of production, maintenance, and material handling tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
This is a full-time hire opportunity with room for growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a General Laborer, your core responsibilities will include:
• Perform sandblasting on castings and components
• Grind parts using pedestal grinders, handheld grinders, and other tools
• Assist molders with production processes
• Support pouring, molding, coremaking, and shakeout operations
• Perform general shop cleaning and building maintenance
• Assist with various foundry functions as needed
• Complete additional tasks assigned by supervisors to support production

What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you should have the following:
Qualifications:
• Some forklift experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. regularly
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work safely in a manufacturing/foundry environment

• Ability to use hand tools and grinding equipment safely
