Job Summary
Are you a dependable and hardworking individual looking for a hands-on opportunity? A Muskegon manufacturer is seeking a General Laborer to join their team. In this role, you'll support daily production operations by assisting with material handling, basic assembly, cleanup, and other general labor tasks while helping maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
What You'll Be Doing
- Assist with production and basic assembly tasks.
- Move, organize, and handle materials throughout the work area.
- Use basic hand tools and equipment as needed.
- Inspect materials and finished products for visible defects.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and production schedules.
- Assist team members with other duties as needed to support daily operations.
What We're Looking For (Qualifications & Skills)
Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or general labor experience preferred.
- Ability to stand, bend, reach, and perform physical work throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift and move materials as required.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.

- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Basic mechanical aptitude.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
