General Labor / Maintenance Trainee

. In this role, you’ll support daily yard operations while gaining valuable experience in basic preventative maintenance — a great opportunity to build a long-term skill set in a growing industrial environment.
What You'll Be Doing
As a
General Labor / Maintenance Trainee
, your core responsibilities will include:
- Performing General Labor Duties:
Load conveyor belts with product, pack shipments, and help keep the yard and shop organized.
- Supporting Yard Operations:
Assist with material movement and ensure the work area remains clean and safe.
- Learning Preventative Maintenance:
Train on basic maintenance procedures to help keep equipment and the facility running smoothly.
In addition, you will also be expected to use basic hand tools and follow safety guidelines while performing all assigned tasks.
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you should have the following:
Qualifications:
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of and comfort using common hand tools
- Willingness to learn preventative maintenance and new technical skills
- Dependable and able to follow instructions and safety procedures

Strong motivation and reliability to complete physical tasks efficiently.
