General Labor Associate, Shelby TWP, MI
Responsibilities:
- Operate reel counters to count and verify parts
- Ensure accuracy in part counts and documentation
- Handle and organize counted parts for inventory or shipping
- Lift and move boxes weighing up to 25 lbs as needed
- Occasionally bend, reach, or stand for extended periods to access parts on lower shelves
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
Qualifications/Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to perform basic physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing
- Comfortable working in a production or warehouse environment
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or with a team
- Previous experience with part counting or inventory is a plus but not required
