Job Summary
We are hiring a Logistics & Production Support Coordinator to support shipping, receiving, inventory control, material handling, and production operations. This role ensures all incoming and outgoing materials are properly received, documented, packaged, and shipped in compliance with company and regulatory standards. You will also assist with assembly support, coordinate domestic and international shipments, and help maintain an organized, safe, and efficient shop environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Receive, verify, label, and enter goods into the ERP system (SAP or similar)
• Load and unload trucks using forklifts and lifting equipment
• Prepare, package, and stage shipments for domestic and international transport
• Complete shipping documentation and coordinate with carriers and customs brokers
• Pick parts from BOMs and prepare build kits for production
• Move materials between storage and work centers
• Perform minor preventative maintenance and support 5S/shop organization
• Report discrepancies, damages, and quality concerns
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications:
• High School Diploma required
• 1–2 years of experience in manufacturing, logistics, or shipping/receiving
• Forklift certification (or ability to obtain)
• Valid Driver’s License
• Basic computer skills (ERP systems preferred)
Skills:
• Ability to read packing slips, purchase orders, and BOMs
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Basic mechanical aptitude
• Ability to work independently
Physical Requirements:
• Frequent standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds
• Operation of forklift and material handling equipment
