Job Summary
Join a growing company that specializes in buying and selling new, used, and reconditioned pallets. In this role , we take pride in delivering reliable products and services while maintaining a safe and supportive work environment. We’re seeking dependable team players who enjoy hands-on work and thrive in a fast-paced warehouse setting assisting with sorting containers and pallets before being trained for growth in other areas of the facility.
Responsibilities
- Select customer orders accurately and prepare shipments to specification
- Retrieve, stack, and organize products in designated storage areas
- Separate empty drums for storage or shipment to specific customers
- Inspect, sort, and organize pallets based on quality standards
- Assist with pallet dismantling and refurbishing as needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Support warehouse team members and complete tasks assigned by supervisors or the Warehouse Manager
Key Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License to be eligible to operate the heavy machinery
- Ability to lift 30–50 lbs consistently and stand for long periods in a fast-paced environment.
- Safety Awareness and a strong knowledge of warehouse safety practices and commitment to following OSHA guidelines.
- Attention to detail and ability to accurately load/unload, stack, and organize pallets and materials
- Consistent attendance, punctuality, and dependability in meeting work schedules
- Strong communication skills and willingness to assist coworkers and supervisors as needed
- Availability to work overtime or adjust schedule based on the workload
- Must be able to speak or communicate in Spanish
- Must be open to working outdoors with changing elements
Preferred Skills
- Bilingual Language usage (English/Spanish)
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Previous forklift operation experience (sit-down, stand-up, or both) in a warehouse or manufacturing setting 2+ years
