General Labor/Sorter

. In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting our operations by helping sort, organize, and prepare pallets and containers for shipment. Our company takes pride in providing reliable products and services while maintaining a safe and team-oriented work environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a
General Labor/Sorter
, your core responsibilities will include:
● Sorting and Inspecting Pallets: Evaluate and organize pallets based on quality standards to ensure only top-quality products are sent to customers.
● Preparing Shipments: Accurately select customer orders, retrieve, and stack products for delivery according to specifications.
● Warehouse Support: Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment while assisting with general warehouse operations.
In addition, you will also assist with pallet dismantling, refurbishing, and support other warehouse team members or supervisors as needed.

What We’re Looking For
Qualifications:
● Valid Driver’s License (required to operate warehouse equipment)
● Ability to lift 30–50 lbs consistently and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment
● Willingness to work outdoors and adapt to changing elements
● Must be able to speak or communicate in Spanish

Preferred:
● High School Diploma or GED equivalent
● 2+ years of forklift experience (sit-down, stand-up, or both)
● Bilingual (English/Spanish)
