General Laborer

quality seed processing and warehouse efficiency

What You'll Be Doing
As a
General Laborer
, your core responsibilities will include:
- Seed Processing & Packaging: Assist with blending, bagging, and preparing seed products to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility to support smooth production flow.
- Facility Maintenance: Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas to support operational efficiency.
In addition, you will also be expected to assist with general warehouse tasks and support team members as needed.
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse, production, or general labor experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods
Skills:
- Strong Work Ethic: Reliability and consistency are essential to keep production running smoothly.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to communicate and work effectively with coworkers to meet daily goals.
- Attention to Detail: Ensures accuracy in packaging, labeling, and material handling.
