General Labor/Assembler

Job Summary
Are you someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in precision, and wants to grow within a company that values hard work and cross-training? We’re looking for a dependable General Labor/Assembly team member in Grand Haven, MI. In this role, you’ll help build transformer components while working in a team-oriented manufacturing environment with opportunities to learn and grow.
What You'll Be Doing
- Assemble transformer components, known as “legs,” using a small air ratchet
- Take accurate measurements using a ruler or tape measure
- Follow assembly instructions and production specifications
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Cross-train in other departments as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
- Comfortable using hand and power tools (air ratchet experience is a plus)
- Able to accurately read a ruler or tape measure
Skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Mechanical aptitude
- Willingness to learn and work in different departments
- Dependable work ethic and positive attitude
