Job Summary
Are you someone who enjoys physical, hands-on work and staying active throughout the day? We’re seeking a General Laborer to join our team in Holland, MI. In this role, you’ll be a vital part of our operations, supporting pallet production and helping keep materials moving efficiently throughout the facility.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a General Laborer, your core responsibilities will include:
- Stacking boards and materials to support the pallet production process.
- Assisting with building and organizing pallets to ensure production runs smoothly.
- Moving materials to designated areas to maintain workflow and efficiency.
In addition, you will be expected to maintain a clean and safe work area, follow all safety procedures, and assist with other production tasks as needed.
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
Skills:
- Ability to follow instructions and work safely at all times.
- Strong attention to detail and consistency in task completion.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
