Muskegon, MI, 1st Shift (6:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday–Thursday), $17.00 per hour, Overtime as needed on Fridays
Job Summary
A local company that specializes in manufacturing human-powered water vessels is seeking General Laborers
to join their 1st shift team in Muskegon, MI. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment with a growing company.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a General Laborer, your core responsibilities will include:
- Assembly & Machine Operation: Assist with assembling products and operating machinery.
- Tool Use: Work with hand tools and power tools to complete production tasks.
- Production Support: Measure materials, multitask, and support daily production needs.
- Teamwork & Learning: Work closely with team members while learning new processes and skills.
What We’re Looking For
To be successful in this role, you should have the following:
Qualifications:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, warm environment
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Plastics, thermoforming, and/or extrusion experience is a plus
Skills:
- Technical Ability: Assembly and machine operation experience.
- Tool Proficiency: Comfortable using hand tools and power tools.
- Team Player: Willing to learn and work effectively with others.
