Location: Holland, MI
Shift: 8:00 PM - 6:00 AM, Monday-Friday
Pay: $18.00 per hour

Job Summary

Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual looking for a new opportunity? We're seeking a General Laborer to join our team in Holland, MI. In this role, you'll be a vital part of our operations, helping to support production and keep the facility running efficiently.

What You'll Be Doing

As a General Laborer, your core responsibilities will include:

● Production Support: Assist with light assembly, material handling, and packaging to keep production moving smoothly.
● Material Handling: Prepare and move materials to ensure production needs are met efficiently.
● Quality Support: Help perform basic quality checks to ensure products meet standards.

In addition, you will also be expected to support other departments as needed and help maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you should have the following:

Qualifications:

● Prior experience working in a production or manufacturing environment required
● Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks
● Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Skills:

● Attention to Detail: Ensures quality and safety standards are consistently met
● Flexibility: Able to assist in multiple areas as production needs change
● Teamwork: Strong communication skills to work effectively with team members
