Qualifications: ● High School Diploma or GED ● Basic reading skills and ability to follow directions ● Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly Skills: ● High attention to detail ● Self-motivation ● Teamwork As a General Laborer, not only will you be assisting with the assembly, tear down, or repair of various fabricated parts through established manufacturing processes, but you’ll also use a variety of machinery as needed, complete documentation of all work performed, monitor equipment functionality and report maintenance needs, read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and other instructions, utilize hand-held tools such as screw guns, drills, and grinders, operate calipers and tape measures, prepare skids and package parts for shipping, perform quality work checks to ensure products meet standards, identify and document defects, rework and/or repair parts, perform all work in accordance with quality standards and safety procedures, prioritize workflow, maintain a clean and safe work area, and complete company provided training. This job, depending on your work ethic, could be a short-term or a long-term fit.
