General Labor / Mitigation Technician

. In this role, you’ll support restoration and mitigation efforts by assisting with demolition, debris removal, and cleaning in homes impacted by water damage. This position is a
trial opportunity for a new hire
with potential for long-term placement.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a
General Labor / Mitigation Technician
, your core responsibilities will include:
Demolition & Tear-Out Work:
Removing damaged materials such as drywall, flooring, and fixtures to prepare spaces for restoration.
Debris Removal & Hauling:
Lifting, carrying, and disposing of debris safely and efficiently.
Cleaning & Site Support:
Cleaning out homes affected by water damage, including dirty and labor-intensive tasks.
In addition, you will also be expected to follow safety guidelines and work as part of a team to keep job sites clean, organized, and productive.
What We’re Looking For
To be successful in this role, you should have the following:
Qualifications:
Ability to lift up to
50 lbs
Willingness to perform physical, dirty, and demanding work
Reliable transportation and strong attendance
Previous general labor, demolition, or construction experience is a plus but not required
Skills:
Dependability:
Showing up on time and ready to work every day is essential.
Physical Stamina:
Ability to handle repetitive lifting, bending, and manual labor.
Teamwork:
Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced environment.
