Pay: $16.15- $18.15 Hour Job SummaryWe’re looking for dependable General Labor Operators to support production operations for a high-volume mailing, packaging, and fulfillment facility. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, operating equipment, and maintaining a steady workflow in a fast-paced environment. You will assist with machine operation, material handling, quality checks, and general production tasks to ensure accurate and timely output.What You’ll Be DoingOperate production and mailing equipment safely and efficiently.
Load, unload, and stage materials for processing.
Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality.
Assist with packaging, sorting, and preparing materials for shipment.
Maintain clean and organized work areas.
Follow all work instructions, safety procedures, and production guidelines.
Support team members to meet daily production goals.
Perform basic machine adjustments and report any issues to supervisors.
Handle printed materials, mail pieces, and fulfillment items with care and accuracy.
What We’re Looking ForQualifications:High school diploma or GED required.
Ability to stand, lift, and move throughout the shift.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Skills:Basic mechanical aptitude.
Ability to operate or learn production machinery.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Quality-focused with strong organizational habits.
