A growing Norton Shores manufacturer specializing the design and building of various gauges and electronic components is seeking General Production/SMT workers on 2nd Shift. Hours are 2:00pm-12:30am (Monday-Thursday.) Overtime as required.

Demonstrate basic ability with solder operations.

Must be able to perform thorough inspection of circuit boards and wire harnesses.

Demonstrate enhanced inspection knowledge of part placements, solder inspection reflow and through hole, printed circuit board/component damage, and final assembly inspection.
Production workers/SMT will perform basic assembly functions with circuit boards/wire harnesses, do hand soldering of components, touch-up on through-hole and surface mount boards, and perform rework and repair.
