Grinder/Finisher, $16/hr – 1st Shift - Shelby

A Shelby manufacturer that specializes in providing general machining services and finishing processes is seeking Grinders/Finishers to join their growing team on 1st Shift! Hours are 7:00am-3:30pm (Monday-Friday.) Overtime may be required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Grind metal parts according to customer specifications.
- Inspect metal parts to ensure they meet customer specifications.
- Pack metal parts in crates/bins to be shipped out.
- Follow operational and safety procedures set forth.
Preferred Skills:
- Previous buffing, polishing, or grinding experience is required.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs repetitively is required.
- Able to read and interpret a variety of written procedures, part numbers, and operational instruction sheets.
- Ability to pay attention to detail.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
Grinders/Finishers will be responsible for working as part of a team to inspect, buff, and grind metal parts. This is a full-time temporary to permanent position.
