Groundskeeper/Maintenance, $16.50/hr – Savannah, GA

Qualifications:
● 3–6 months of experience in general maintenance, groundskeeping, or a related field
● Ability to perform light plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks
● Must pass a drug test and background check
Skills:
● Residential plumbing repair (sinks, tubs, toilets, PVC, valves, minor clog clearing)
● Residential electrical repair (switches, outlets, light fixtures, diagnosing issues)
● Carpentry and drywall repair (stud finding, patching, trim, door/frame work)
● Interior/exterior painting
● Ability to follow work orders and instructions from the Property Manager
● Reliable, efficient, and safety-focused
● Responsible care and use of company-owned tools and equipment
As a Groundskeeper/Maintenance Tech, not only will you be keeping the property clean and functional, but you’ll also help with minor repairs, safety inspections, and general upkeep. This job, depending on your work ethic, could be a short-term or a long-term fit.
