Honeycomb Machine Operator Assistant
Location: Holland, MI
Shift: 3rd Shift (Training on 1st Shift)
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Job Summary

In this role, you’ll help run corrugation machinery to build boxes, partitions, and other corrugated products for customers — all while working in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Honeycomb Machine Operator Assistant, your core responsibilities will include:
● Machine Operation: Assist with running machinery in the corrugation department to produce quality packaging products.
● Assembly Work: Build boxes, partitions, and honeycomb products to customer specifications.
● Quality Assurance: Inspect finished materials for accuracy and durability.
● Team Collaboration: Work closely with machine operators and production team members to maintain steady workflow.
In addition, you will also be expected to maintain a clean, safe workspace and comply with all company safety standards.

What We’re Looking For
Qualifications:
● Must be able to stand, walk, and crouch throughout the shift.
● Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
● Previous machine operation experience is required.
● Availability to work overtime as needed.
● Demonstrated longevity with previous work experience is preferred.
