Job Summary
We’re looking for a motivated team player to support our Honeycomb Machine Operators on a 3rd‑shift schedule. In this role you’ll work closely with a small, tight‑knit crew to produce high‑quality corrugated products on our converting equipment, helping meet tight production schedules while maintaining safety and quality standards.

What You'll Be Doing

- Assist machine operators with set‑up, loading, and monitoring of honeycomb converting machines.
- Perform routine material handling, feeding raw stock, and removing finished product.
- Collaborate with teammates to troubleshoot minor issues and keep the line running smoothly.
- Follow documented procedures and maintain accurate production records.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety protocols.
- Attend brief training sessions on the 1st shift to learn machine operations and best practices.
What We're Looking For
Qualifications

- Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment (preferred but not required).
- Ability to work a fixed 3rd‑shift schedule, Monday‑Thursday, with occasional shift‑move premium.
- Strong attendance record and reliable work ethic.
Skills

- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities; able to coordinate closely with operators and support staff.
- Basic problem‑solving skills and willingness to learn from more experienced teammates.
- Good organizational skills to keep materials and work area tidy.
- Comfortable operating basic hand tools and following safety procedures.
