Job Summary
Are you someone who enjoys working with machines, being part of a team, and producing quality products? We’re seeking a Machine Operator to join a growing team in Holland, MI. In this role, you’ll be a vital part of the production process, helping manufacture high-quality corrugated products while maintaining safety and efficiency standards.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Machine Operator, your core responsibilities will include:
● Operating converting machines: Produce corrugated products efficiently while meeting production goals.
● Monitoring quality standards: Ensure finished products meet quality and safety requirements.
● Supporting production operations: Assist with setup, troubleshooting, and other production tasks as needed.

In addition, you will also be expected to maintain a clean and organized work environment and collaborate with teammates to solve problems and keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications:
● Prior machine operator experience required
● Previous experience in an industrial or warehouse setting required
● Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
