● Ability to stand for 8–10 hours and perform repetitive motions

● Comfortable with restroom cleaning and occasional clean-up situations
● Reliable attendance and ability to maintain written records

● Move between tasks efficiently and remain self-motivated
● Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production floor and traffic areas
