Skills:
● Remove and install HVAC parts and components
● Diagnose HVAC systems and perform routine maintenance
● Ensure compliance with local HVAC codes and safety standards
● Complete HVAC service requests efficiently and accurately
● Follow instructions from the Property Manager and maintain professionalism
● Maintain a safe workplace and proper use of company tools and equipment
Qualifications:
● HVAC/EPA Certification required.
● Have 2 years of related work experience or training.
● Must pass a drug test and background check.
● Must have a valid driver license.
As an HVAC Certified Personnel, you will be using your maintenance skills including general plumbing, carpentry, small appliance repair, electrical skills, and/or painting skills.
