Job Summary
Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual looking for a new opportunity? We're seeking a Sewer III to join our team in Holland, MI. In this role, you'll be a vital part of our operations, helping fabricate high-quality, durable textile dunnage systems that support industrial production and material handling.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Sewer III, your core responsibilities will include:
● Fabrication & Assembly: Construct complex dunnage systems with precision, including reinforced dividers, sewn-in pockets, and hanging components.
● Machine Operation: Operate advanced industrial sewing machines (single/double needle, walking foot, programmable) to produce high-quality products.
● Technical Interpretation: Read and interpret detailed work orders, drawings, and technical specifications to ensure accurate production.
In addition, you will also be expected to perform quality inspections, troubleshoot sewing issues, assist with prototypes, and support training of lower-level team members.
What We're Looking For
Qualifications:
● High school diploma or GED
● 1–3 years of industrial sewing or related experience
● Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and perform physical tasks as required

Skills:
● Industrial Sewing Expertise: Strong knowledge of industrial sewing machines and materials to ensure product quality and efficiency.
● Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain precise measurements and high-quality standards in all finished products.
● Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot machine issues and material defects to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.
