Preferred Qualifications
• Operate injection molding machines and perform die/mold changes
• Troubleshoot machines and equipment as needed
• Lead molding operations including meetings and documentation control
• Monitor and inventory resin and molding components
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment per company standards
• Must be able to speak, read, and write in English

Preferred Skills
• 4+ years of injection molding and process technician experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with IATF 16949
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, or kneel for the entire shift

This role functions as a team lead for the injection molding department. Candidates must have strong knowledge of molding operations, processes, and safety standards while ensuring compliance with company quality procedures.
