Job Summary
This position is responsible for inspecting and reworking small parts to ensure 100% quality to the customer. Work involves hand inspection of small components (some as small as a quarter), scaling, and re-boxing.

Responsibilities
- Perform all essential functions of the job across projects or rotations
- Read and follow work instructions
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of work area
- Report problems or concerns to supervisor/manager
- Use inspection, measuring, and test equipment as required
- Complete required training classes
- Provide accurate and complete information for each project
- All other duties as assigned
Key Qualifications
- Reliable transportation (not dependent on others for rides)
- Willing to travel within a 1-hour radius of Grand Rapids (including Holland, Greenville, and Ionia)
- Own steel toe shoes and safety glasses
- Must be able to work 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift as assigned (majority 1st shift)
- Available to work overtime and on short notice
- Normal color and depth perception
- Ability to lift a minimum of 10 lbs repetitively for the duration of shift
- Ability to walk, stand, or sit for the duration of shift
- Meet any other physical requirements of assigned project
- Ability to work in different climates for the duration of shift
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Ability to travel to customer facilities on short notice
