A manufacturing facility in Norton Shores is seeking a dependable Janitor to join their 1st shift team! This position is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the facility to help ensure a safe and productive work environment. What You'll Be Doing
- Clean and sanitize production areas, break rooms, restrooms, and office spaces
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and empty trash throughout the facility
- Refill cleaning and sanitation supplies as needed
- Maintain cleanliness standards in accordance with company policies
- Assist with general facility upkeep and organization
- Safely handle cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Report maintenance or safety concerns to management
- Support a safe and clean work environment for all employees
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications
- Previous janitorial or industrial cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and stay on task
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
